City-Residence is market leader for furnished apartments in Rhine-Main-Area.
Intention and emphasis of our work is:
1.High quality of the offered apartments: High quality in the care and advice of our customers is a matter of course as well as a high standard of our offers. Besides the lodging activities we offer a variety of services which enable a smooth hand-over of the apartment. Landlords as well as tenants looking for an apartment benefit from our knowledge of the residential market.
2.Internationality: For customers sent to the Rhein-Main-Area from abroad (e.g. consultants, banker, IT-specialists) we provide exposés in English, Spanish and French. Customers will be attended by a multilingual staff with a lot of competence and experience in finding suitable apartments.
3.Intensive utilisation of the opportunities of the internet: The quick and easy access to the offers on the internet creates transparency. We make available a wide range of pictures of the apartments together with helpful additional information to ensure a high degree of security for our customers while making a choice.
City-Residence GmbH was established in 1988. In the first years of operation, the agency found the clientel mainly among on-the-job trainees and young professionals seeking for inexpensive rooms and apartments to rent. It soon developed to a well-known address for managers and executives of national and international based companies, and for high-standard apartments and houses in Frankfurt and surrounding areas. Due to the great demand of furnished living not only in Frankfurt, City-Residence GmbH established a branch in Mainz in 1996, complementing the agency services for the western regions of Frankfurt in and around Mainz, Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim.
Today, a team of about 28 employees takes care of approxamitely 5.000 national- and international clients. Among them about 400 companies, which operate i.e. in banking, management consultancy, and telecommunication.
